 One of Michael’s main objective is strategically aligning technology and innovation to optimize business performance for large Fortune clients.

 At WorldPay as SVP and General Manager, Michael managed joint ventures offering acquiring and card issuing services to financial institutions.

At Elavon/NOVA/US Bank as SVP and General Manager, Michael’s responsibilities included managing a $280M P&L, sales organization, portfolio retention, relationship management in North America and EU. Managed regional and national account sales, 800 community banks (ATM’s, corporate card, debit card and merchant, 80 global airlines, healthcare, B2B in public and private sectors).

At First Data Merchant Services as SVP of Sales with Nations Bank/BofA Michael initiated investment and started the entire organization from inception. Accountable for development of sales, customer relationship and technical support staff of 180 team members across North America. Awarded “Executive of the Year”.
