Leo Daboub

Leo Daboub brings to APPS over thirty (30) years of experience in finance and entrepreneurship and over twenty (20) years in the payment industry.Prior to joining Atlantic-Pacific Processing Systems (APPS), Leo began his career in the payment space at Payment Resources International (PRI) as a sales representative. During his first year at PRI, Leo was awarded Salesman of the Year for signing some of the company’s largest marquee clients. Soon after, Leo was promoted to Manager of Business Development at PRI, managing the company’s Sales department, Major Accounts and Bank relationships.In 2004, Leo created from the ground up, the Government Services Division (GSD) at TransFirst Merchant Services after having signed and managed its first 14 Municipalities, with an additional 100+ under his leadership. In 2005 Leo was promoted to SVP of Business Development at TransFirst where in addition also successfully managed its internal sales for the company. Soon after in 2005, Leo was awarded MVP.In 2012, Leo joined Atlantic-Pacific Processing Systems (APPS) as VP of Government & Corp Affairs managing the company’s Sales Division, Financial Institutions, and Government relationships. In 2014 Leo was promoted to SVP of Business Development where he managed APPS’s ISO/MSP’s, ISA’s and VAR’s.2019 brought the growth of the business development division at APPS, with Leo’s industry knowledge, he successfully cultivated and managed, APPS’s Strategic Marquee Partnerships & Accounts, which generates billions in yearly processing volume.In 2022, Leo was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at APPS, further expanding the company’s organic growth and responsible for every process, forecast and initiative which generates revenue for the company.Leo is actively involved in multiple municipal organizations, including the California Municipal Treasurers Association (CMTA), California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO) and Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA).
