The ISO/Agent Referral Partner Program is an agreement and an alliance between Atlantic
Pacific Processing Systems, Inc (APPS) and your company. The objective is to resell
merchants the APPS services. APPS in return, will pay you the ISO/Agent or Referral
Partner for each merchant account you refer on a residual income basis. APPS will
also perform and annual ISO/Agent portfolio audit and review if ISO/Agent desires
a Residual Purchase Buyout.

and partnership. APPS and Agents work together to find the correct solution that
is in the best interest for the merchant, whether the merchant is retail to high
risk.
