Abe Maghaguian
President
Abe
Abe Maghaguian has over ten (10) years of experience as a senior executive and consultant in the financial and payment processing industry. He has also held positions as a Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President.  As President of APPS, Mr. Maghaguian led the APPS team with its transition to become a Merchant Service Provider/Independent Sales Organization and develop a direct partnership with TSYS Acquiring Solutions. Under Mr. Maghaguian’s leadership APPS has solidified its place in the payment processing industry specializing in healthcare and government payment processing, EBT processing, eCommerce, as well as PII Customer Data Watch and PCI Compliance.  Mr. Maghaguian is a leader with P&L, e-commerce, and technology experience and has the ability to develop and deliver strategic initiatives to drive profitability.  Mr. Maghaguian earned an MBA from one of BusinessWeek's most highly rated business schools - Concordia University in Irvine, CA, and has completed postgraduate studies in Entrepreneurship. Mr. Maghaguian works with the Founders Circle for Convoy of Hope, one of the nation's largest charitable organizations, as well as being active in local and national community and charitable organizations.
Frank A. DiCrisi III

Frank A DiCrisi III has over fifteen (15) years of experience as a senior executive in the financial, advertising and marketing industry. He has also held positions as a Senior Vice President, Vice President and Director of Marketing and Advertising. In addition to his experience in the payment card industry, Mr. DiCrisi has worked extensively in the automotive, financial, consumer electronics and local advertising industries. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at APPS, Mr. DiCrisi has played an integral part in the growth of APPS to becoming a leader in the payment card industry. Mr. DiCrisi holds a Masters Degree from UCLA and is currently a PhD candidate at UCLA.
Theodore Svoronos

Mr. Svoronos has over 23 years experience in sales, business development with an extensive background in technology / IT security, identity theft and fraud. As a VP of a Global ecommerce organization, he was instrumental in leading teams to build, market and fulfill security solutions for the payment industry including ecommerce and mcommerce. He was also responsible for keeping up with compliance and providing best practices and education on a continual basis. Additionally, having held executive positions with merchant service providers in sales and business development, Theodore has successfully built and managed inside and outside sales teams and fostered organizational growth through increased relationships, sales and profitability. Regarded as a subject matter expert in merchant services / payment industry and ID Theft and Fraud, his areas of application and competency include, but are not limited to, merchant service sales, business development, logical and physical security, identity theft and fraud, cyber security, compliance, training and education, risk mitigation and solution building. Theodore holds executive management and advisory board positions within the payment industry, has written articles in merchant services, IT security and policy, regulatory compliance and ecommerce.

Ken Spira

Ken Spira joined the APPS team in March 2010 as its Director of Operations and was subsequently promoted to Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining APPS, Mr. Spira worked as the Director of Operations for CardReady, Omni Capital Solutions and CashReady/CardReady for several years. Mr. Spira has also owned and operated a very successful Independent Sales Organization in the credit card/cash advance industry for three years. Mr. Spira received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management/Labor Negotiations from California State University, Long Beach.
Russ Suter

Russ Suter has been working in the information technology industry for over twenty (20) years and has experience covering a vast array of disciplines from basic computer maintenance to enterprise level network administration and software development. He has held positions as a network system administrator, security administrator, software development engineer, and Chief Technology Officer. As Director of Information Technology at APPS, Mr. Suter is responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining the technology infrastructure which ensures APPS’ position at the forefront of technology advancements ensuring the highest level of industry tools, customer service, and cost effectiveness as APPS continues to grow. Mr. Suter is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Developer and continues to pursue industry training and certifications to ensure APPS’ systems are state-of-the-art.
